While Arsenal have not confirmed the move yet, Porto released a statement on Friday revealing that a fee had been agreed. As part of the transfer process, Arsenal need to register new signings with the Premier League and that may have already happened judging by the latest website changes. Vieira is now listed on the Premier League website as part of the Arsenal roster, sandwiched in between Charlie Patino and Nicolas Pepe, while he also has his own individual player page with his club listed as Arsenal.
