The 36-year-old was broadcasting live on the Manchester based radio station, when Gemma's colleagues presented her with a little hamper of baby related goodies, which almost reduced her to tears. Being a fitness fanatic, Gemma was overwhelmed with receiving a cute, tiny dumbell, which she declared as a "brilliant" gift.
