Over 2,000 products are available to order for home delivery as part of the scheme, with a former Poundland store in Cannock, Staffordshire, being used to pick orders. This is the first time Poundland has made its bargain products available to buy online. Poundland has been working on building its digital presence since July last year as part of a huge transformation programme. A Poundland spokesperson said: "The launch of a pilot online service is just one part of our exciting transformation plans, offering customers new ranges and new services."
