Clad in white, the port ladies worshiped and danced to thank God for making it possible for a member of the association to be appointed to head the largest port in Ghana, the Port of Tema. The Director of Takoradi Port, Captain Ebenezer Afadzi solicited the support of staff to ensure that Sandra Opoku succeeds as the director of Tema Port. The Director of Tema Port, Sandra Opoku transhipment will be promoted so as to position the Port of Tema as the hub in the West African coast. She said Tema Port will be working with other stakeholders to ensure a speedy clearance of goods at the Port.
