The Deputy Attorney General after Tuesday’s court sitting told Journalists the state will ensure that the NDC’s National Chairman and Deputy Communications Officer, Kwaku Boahen are brought to book if found guilty of charges leveled against them. The National Chairman of the largest opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) Samuel Ofosu-Ampofo has been granted bail in the sum of GH¢100, 000 after appearing in court Tuesday. Slapped with the same bail sum is a deputy National Communication Director Kweku Boahen who is also standing trial alongside Mr Ampofo with both asked to produce one surety each. The court directed the Attorney General to submit to the accused all statements, the said audio and the charge sheet.
