Parties are successfully using social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter to tackle problems faced by residents n Party volunteers set up dedicated war room to monitor, upload and update postsWith the war of wards heating up, political parties are taking the fight for the civic polls online. The Bhartiya Janata Party, Congress and Aam Aadmi Party volunteers have all set up a dedicated war room. Residents are sharing their problems on social networking websites and are getting a swift response from the parties. Keeping pace with the ongoing social media campaigns of the BJP and Congress, the AAP has also maintained an aggressive online presence. There are 280 mandals and 14 districts (lowest unit of the party) which are engaging in the online war.
