According to police, Vijaykumar, a native of Villupuram district, was part of the Youth Brigade of the Tamil Nadu police. Recently, he joined the Tamil Nadu Special Police 13th Batallion. Two days ago, he met a 24-year old married woman, who was living with her two children. “The woman lodged a complaint and based on which he was arrested,” the police officer added.
