A 40-year-old man was arrested for allegedly trying to film a woman on his mobile phone on board a Metro train here, the police said on Thursday. The incident was reported on Wednesday by a 25-year-old woman to the Yamuna Bank Depot Metro police station. On the basis of the information, a case was registered and the accused Kumar, who is from Begusarai in Bihar, was arrested, said Deputy Commissioner of Police (Metro) Pankaj Kumar Singh. During interrogation, it was revealed that the accused was in an inebriated state at the time of the incident. He sells tobacco products for a living in his hometown and was here to meet his relatives, the police officers said.
