Police seek information about West Coast Subway burglaryNZ POLICE/FACEBOOK West Coast police are investigating the burglary of Westport's Subway restaurant about 1am on Monday. A man broke into a Subway restaurant on the West Coast, then took off with cash and a safe. The offender entered the Subway branch in Palmerston St, Westport, about 1am on Monday and stole cash and a black safe, police said. Greymouth police were also seeking information about a silver Subaru impreza that was "unlawfully taken" from a Mount St property overnight Sunday. Anyone with information about either incident is asked to call Greymouth police on 03 768 1600 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
