Toronto police are searching for witnesses in the sexual assault of a 16-year-old girl during a party at a North York condo. The victim was trapped in the men’s washroom during the party and sexually assaulted, said the Toronto Police Service. On Friday, investigators arrested a suspect, a 16-year-old boy, for the incident. The teen is charged with sexual assault, forcible confinement, assault and failing to comply with conditions. The boy, who cannot be named due to the Youth Criminal Justice Act, was scheduled to appear in court on Friday afternoon.
