The far-reaching investigation, dubbed Project Cyclone, uncovered links to drug trafficking, a kidnapping plot and the theft of a truckload of Nutella, said Det.-Sgt. Article Continued BelowDhaliwal’s 56-year-old wife, Kuljit, and 30-year-old son, Balkevinjit, were also among those arrested under Project Cyclone. The majority of the stolen cars were expensive — Lamborghinis, Maseratis, Porsches, BMWs and Lexuses were among the 60 vehicles recovered.
