Police received reports of a "serious incident" about 10.20pm on Thursday. Emergency services are responding to a serious incident on Auckland's southwestern motorway near Mangere. Police attended a "serious incident" on SH20 between the Massey Rd off-ramp and the Walmsley Rd on-ramp about 10.20pm on Thursday, a spokeswoman said. "It's a serious incident as opposed to a crash," she said. Two lanes on SH20 are closed and traffic is being diverted to SH20A, which led to Auckland Airport.
