Burton led all scorers with 27 points (5-10 from three) while fringe Tall Black Raukawa contributed 26 (6-10 from beyond the arc). Taranaki led 54-49 at halftime after the Jets reduced a 12-point deficit late in the second quarter. Taranaki end their season with a home encounter next Thursday against the Nelson Giants while Manawatu's final match is away to the Southland Sharks on July 14.
