ROTHESAY, N.B.—The deaths of a woman and a child in a community east of Saint John are now being considered a murder-suicide, according to police. Kennebecasis Regional Police say 43-year-old Louise Cassie-Laflamme and her seven-year-old daughter were found dead in an apartment building in Rothesay on Monday.
