KOTA KINABALU: Police has nabbed a project manager on Tuesday here over an alleged fraud of a “commercial development project”. Sabah Police Commissioner Datuk Ramli Din said the alleged fraud pertained to one international investment of an unapproved large-scale commercial project involving over 809ha of land in Karambunai. Police has nabbed a project manager on Tuesday here over an alleged fraud of a “commercial development project”. “We had also raided an office at Jalan Tuaran and confiscated numerous documents, international receipts, computers and business licenses,” Ramli told reporters at a press conference at IPK, here. According to DBKK’s police report, Ramli said the land allegedly for the project is located on a hill, which requires approval from several departments and agencies.
