Toronto police have gleaned that Friday night’s homicide took place at a crowded intersection between two vehicles. They’re reporting that someone in an SUV pulled up next to another vehicle at a red light and fired shots into it, at the intersection of Eglinton E. and Sloane Avenues. The victim succumbed to his injuries after being brought to a hospital. Police are now searching for witnesses, as they believe there was heavy vehicular and pedestrian traffic in the area at the time of the incident. In particular, police are asking drivers with dashcam footage to contact them at 416-808-7400.
