Brett Cecil is leaving the Blue Jays, signing a contract with the St. Louis Cardinals, according to a report in Yahoo Sports. The four-year deal is worth more than $30 million, according to the report. The veteran left-handed reliever, who has spent his entire eight-year MLB career with the Jays, had a 3.93 ERA in 36.2 innings last season. The 30-year-old was an all-star in 2013.
