Winnipeg police have charged one person with first degree murder and two others with manslaughter weeks after Garnet Walter Williams was found dead in a dumpster earlier this month. Garnet Williams was 43 when he died. (Supplied by Williams family)On Aug. 10, police located Williams' body in a garbage container in the 400 block of McGee Street following reports of a dead body. Police believe Garnet Williams was kept in a suite in this building for 10 days before his body was moved and dumped. Allen was charged with first degree murder, while LeClaire and Barrow were charged with manslaughter.
