Police identify man shot in road rage incident

Willis Charles Hunt, a resident of Vancouver, was shot at 1:30 a.m. Friday morning near Bridgeway Street underneath the Ironworkers Memorial Bridge, according to a release from the Vancouver Police Department. VANCOUVER—Vancouver police have identified the 33-year-old man shot and killed in an apparent road rage incident early yesterday. Hunt died at the scene, and a 32-year-old woman who was in the same car, a grey Toyota Matrix, was treated for minor injuries. Police said the investigation is “very active” and the search is on for a white sedan considered the suspect vehicle. The VPD is asking for anyone with dashcam footage from the area around the time of the shooting to contact them.
