Police want to speak to this man who was recorded on CCTV WEST YORKSHIRE POLICEDetectives are hunting a man who snatched a 12-year-old girl from the street in daylight and carried her to a secluded woodland. He approached her under a motorway flyover, picked her up by the waist and carried her across the road and behind an electricity substation, police said. The girl managed to fight off her abductor, who fled after he was spotted by a woman who was passing by. Police have released CCTV footage of the man suspected of carrying out the failed abduction in Leeds at 9.15am last Tuesday. He has been described as white, medium height and build, with short dark hair and a beard.
