ECHESA MOVEDMr Echesa presented himself at the Western Regional Police Headquarters shortly before 6pm and was taken to an undisclosed location at about 7.25pm. The then Sports Cabinet Secretary Rashid Echesa during an interview at the ministry's offices in Nairobi on November 9, 2018. Mr Malala, Mr Echesa and Mr Oduor will spend the night in police custody. Kakamega Police commander Wilkister Verah said they were summoned in line with a directive by Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang'i.
