A policeman crawled into an overturned car to free a 4-year-old girl who was stuck inside after a collision in Ohio, United States. This prompted Jameson to turn her steering wheel too fast, causing her car to roll off of the road. Immediately after the crash, good Samaritans approached Jameson and her kids inside the car.
