Police have arrested and charged a 44-year-old tutor after two female students from a Scarborough private school were allegedly sexually assaulted. Between March 2018 and March 2019, police allege the man sexually assaulted a student at the school, located 1041 McNicoll Ave., near McNicoll and Victoria Park Ave., which was formerly known as Canada Creative Education Centre. Upon further inquiry, police said they found he allegedly sexually assaulted another female student from the school in June 2018. “A sexual assault is any form of unwanted sexual contact. It includes, but is not limited to, kissing, grabbing, oral sex and penetration,” police said in the release.
