The arrestees are Nur Islam, 50, Abul Kalam Azad, 42, Ayub Ali, 45, Omar Faruk, 40, Al Amin, 29, Piyar Ali, 53. Among the arrestees Al Amin and Piyar Ali were involved in drug dealings. “Alamin was arrested with 20 pieces of yaba pills and Piyar Ali was arrested with 125 grams of weed. “There were arrest warrants against them and they had long been fugitives.”A case was filed against them under the Narcotics Control Act and Court sent them to jail, the OC added.
