KAJANG: A 10-month old baby is believed to have been abused after blood stains were found on her diapers. The alleged abuse came to light after a report was made by the boyfriend of the victim's mother on Friday. Prior checks on the victim by a doctor showed bruises on her back and stomach. It is believed that the bruises were due to abuse," said district OCPD Asst Comm Ahmad Dzaffir Mohd Yusoff. "We have arrested the complainant and the victim's mother on Saturday for further action.
