The first group, a three-man gang, allegedly kidnapped an eight-year-old girl, Sayyaba Ishiye of Dadanya village, in Danmusa local council of the state. The State Commissioner of Police, Muhammad Wakili confirmed the development in a statement by the command’s spokesperson, DSP Gambo Isah. He said “On 12/01/2018 at about 10:00hrs, the command, based on a tip-off succeeded in bursting a notorious syndicate of armed robbery/kidnapping suspects. “The suspects include Isah Sani, 25; Abdullahi Salisu, 30, and Babangida Bello, 22; all of Danmusa and Matazu LGAs. The commissioner said detectives were not relenting as they are working round the clock to ensure thorough investigations of all suspects arrested and would be charged to court immediately.
