Toronto police have arrested the man who they allege was the driver in an October hit-and-run that seriously injured two women and a 20-month-old boy. The crash left the two women in serious condition and the boy in life-threatening condition, but police later said he was expected to recover. DeSousa is the second of two suspects connected with the case to be arrested in the last week. Jeremiah Cook, 40, of Toronto, was arrested on Nov. 28.
