Police arrest 2 cow vigilantes for thrashing cattle traders at Bhubaneswar railway station


Cow vigilantes tied up and thrashed 2 men for transporting milch cows at the Bhubaneswar railway station this week. The miscreants were later identified as Bajrang Dal workers. Police have now arrested 2 Bajrang Dal members for the attack. An hour of the attack, the injured cattle traders were rescued by Railway Police Force personnel. Later, the station superintendent lodged a complaint with GRP, stating 25 unknown persons carried out the attack.
