KUALA LUMPUR: Police are tracking down a man dressed up as suicide bomber when attending a Halloween celebration at Armanee Terrace in Damansara Perdana recently. The man had attended the event on Oct 28 at about 7.40pm, wearing a robe and chequered head-scarf with “explosives” made out of cardboards and empty mineral water bottles wrapped around his waist. Petaling Jaya police chief Assistant Commissioner Mohd Zani Che Din said the attire, resembling a suicide bomber, is seen as sensitive, especially since it could be linked to Islamic State. Anyone with information on the man should call 03-79662222,” he said. The case is being investigated under Section 506 of the Code for criminal intimidation.
