Two men arrested in the fatal shooting of a North Texas undercover police officer during a bar robbery are expected to face capital murder charges, police said Saturday. Each suspect has been charged with 10 counts of aggravated robbery and two counts of criminal attempted capital murder. Fort Worth police said Saturday that with Hull's death, authorities expect to upgrade the charges faced by Huff and Mayfield. Police say one of the attempted capital murder counts each man faces is expected to be upgraded to capital murder. The remaining attempted capital murder charge relates to another officer that police say was shot at by the suspects.
