The complainant had alleged that his wife had lost her life due to medical negligence of the hospital. Gautam had alleged that his wife Laxmi Gautam met with an untimely death after the hospital refused to admit her citing no vacancy in the ICU. Denies chargesHowever, denying the charges levelled against it, the hospital contended that the patient was attended to and that the complaint was a “frivolous one”. As such, the allegation of the complainant that the hospital was deficient in providing services is not tenable.”
