Pizza Express has revealed certain customers can dine out for free - but they have to do one thing. One person commented on the thread saying: "I work at Pizza Express it's called a blank bill. A spokesperson for Pizza Express was fairly coy on the subject. "Pizza Express authorises the restaurant to give away two free meals per month and they would like to provide her with a free meal." So yes, the Blank Cheque Initiative exists and next time you're in Pizza Express remember that kindness pays.
