Pipeline keen to defend bronze medal when they battle GSP

The East Africans will seek to defend the third position they won last year when they line up against GSP of Algeria. GSP surrendered a one set lead to succumb to former Champions Carthage 3-1(25-23,24-26,16-25,24-26) in another semi final match played on Saturday evening. In the match against Al Ahly, Pipeline coach Margaret Indakala retained the same squad that started in quarter final match against Sporting as the oilers struggled to find a footing in the first going down 25-13. I'm happy that we are the first team that took a set from Al Ahly and really it's something to write home about and we can only get better in future assignments. Meanwhile, it will be an all North African final when Al Ahly play Carthage
