Two university students have been arrested after being found in possession of narcotics. The two; Chris Odhiambo, 22, and Raymond Mwilo, 20, were nabbed at a bus stop in Nairobi. According to the DCI, the two had put the narcotics tied on their backs using a black wrapper and cellotape. This comes after police in Mombasa arrested a prominent businessman with one kilogramme of heroin in his car. Abdulmajid Timami was nabbed by DCI detectives with the narcotics valued at Sh1.5 million.
