Philippine Squash Academy stalwart Jemyca Aribado defeated He Xinru of China, 11-4, 11-3, 11-6, to advance to the quarterfinals of the China Squash Challenge Cup 2016, on Thursday in Beijing, China. Philippine Squash Academy (PSA) President Robert Bachmann reminded Aribado not to be complacent. That alone is a feat in itself considering this is her first PSA World Tour appearance,” Bachmann said. After the tournament in China, Aribado is set to compete in the Malaysian Squash Tour 3, 4, 5 and in Australia in October. PSA, the national body of squash, is the predecessor of the Squash Rackets Association of the Philippines, which was established in 1975.
