New Delhi: A Pratt & Whitney (PW) powered Airbus A320neo plane operated by GoAir was forced to return to Bengaluru while flying to Phuket on Friday due to technical snags. This is the second incident with the PW powered Airbus A320neo plane in as many days. "GoAir flight G8 041 from Bengaluru to Phuket with 173 passengers on board did a precautionary air turn back in the interest of safety due to a technical glitch," a spokesperson of the airline said. A spokesperson of GoAir said that the flight landed safely in Bangalore before passengers were put on another aircraft for the journey. The aircraft has since been changed and departed with the passengers for its destination at 10:44 hours," the spokesperson added.
