Former hedge-fund manager Philip Falcone and his wife, Lisa, are listing their Manhattan townhouse for $39 million, a decade after buying an even bigger property just up the street. The 24-foot-wide, five-story limestone property is located on the Upper East Side and dates back to the late 1800s. It has about 13,300 square feet of interior space as well as 2,200 square feet of outdoor space, according to the listing.
