One person is dead following an workplace accident in Auckland's Silverdale. Police and emergency services are on site at the scene of the accident, believed to be the Young & Robins flooring factory. An ambulance responded to the scene, where a man in his 50s was found dead. St John ambulance spokesman Robbie Walker said a 111 call was made at 11.16am.
