Peaky Blinders star Cillian Murphy was pictured back on the set of series six for the first time on Monday after production was delayed amid the coronavirus pandemic. Cillian, 44, who plays the lead character, who plays Thomas Shelby in the BBC drama was photographed at Portsoy harbour in Aberdeenshire. Peaky Blinders tell the story of a family set in 1900s England, centering on a gang who sew razor blades in the peaks of their caps, and their fierce boss Shelby. Speaking to LADbible at the Peaky Blinders Festival in Birmingham in 2019, he said: 'I would [consider doing a film]. Steven also wrote the scripts for the sixth series, while Anthony Byrne is set to return as director after doing so in the last season.
