The National Peace Communication Committee (NPAC) established to formulate a national narrative met with the DG ISPR at GHQ and assured full cooperation for the promotion of the national narrative. In the meeting, unwavering solidarity with the Pakistan Armed Forces and a common resolve against anti-state narratives were expressed. The NPAC condemned the Fitna al-Khawarij and the Afghan Taliban and said that there is no justification for terrorism. DG ISPR said that public awareness and truthful narrative are decisive weapons to counter the enemy’s psychological warfare. Describing the meeting as exceptionally useful, it was hoped that progress would be made on new avenues of trust and practical cooperation.
