Nick Vera Perez is Alvin Tan’s screen name, although he is no way related to the Vera Perez showbiz clan. At the bare age of 3, Nick who is fourth of five siblings was already collecting singing trophies and academic scholarships through much of his grade and high school days. Prescience must have eventually worked on Alvin to sport an alias that would have a ring of showbiz sound to it — Nick Vera Perez. A whole new world of musical experience opened up to Nick upon enrolling a BS degree in Nursing at University of Santo Tomas in 1991 onwards. Recently, as President of NVP1 World Entertainment LLC, Nick Vera Perez is into honoring heroes of the pandemic with the theme “overcoming depression.” This is guided by the four Great Pillars of NVP1WORLD’s Foundation — Love, Music, Humanitarianism and Nursing.
