Paul Pogba has denied reports that he is speaking to Manchester United over a new contract extension, with just one year left on the Frenchman's Old Trafford deal. Pogba has one season left on his United deal and will be able to negotiate a free transfer with other clubs from January should his contract situation remain the same. The decision to extend the Frenchman's contract by a year from the United hierarchy came just a few weeks after his agent, Mino Raiola, claimed Pogba wanted to part ways with the club. The super-agent claimed in the middle of December: 'He does not want to play for Man United any more. He wrote on Instagram: 'I've always fought and will always fight for Manchester United, my team-mates and the fans,' wrote Pogba.
