Pant Hospital in an ambulance was killed after a car rammed it near Delhi Gate early on Tuesday morning. “They had reached Delhi Gate and were taking a U-turn towards Daryaganj when a speeding car coming from ITO hit the ambulance. The oxygen cylinder placed near Maha Singh fell on his chest, after which he lost consciousness, said the police. The police said the deceased had been visiting GB Pant Hospital for the last 10 months. The police have seized the car and booked the accused for rash driving and causing death due to negligence.
