IPOH: The Perak state assembly sitting on Monday erupted when Pasir Pinji assemblyman Howard Lee was ejected from the assembly for failure to follow Speaker Datuk S. Thangesvari's orders. This is allegedly because Khusairi had used a profanity in the state assembly sitting last Friday. She continuously asked Lee to sit down during the shouting match, while Lee still tried to table his motion. Thangesvari then announced that Lee was to be ejected from the sitting and have his duties as assemblyman suspended until the sitting is over. All Pakatan Harapan assemblymen proceeded to walk out in solidarity with the ejected Lee.
