KUALA LUMPUR: A former tennis coach was charged in a magistrate's court here for molesting a ten-year-old boy by holding his private parts four years ago. Nik Muhamad Nik Ibrahim, 35, later claimed trial before magistrate Maizatul Munirah Abd Rahman on Monday (Nov 27). Nik Muhamad was allegedly held the boy's private parts with intent to outrage his modesty at a house in Jalan Dutamas Seroja 2, Taman SPPK Segambut here at 3pm on December, 2013. Deputy Public Prosecutor Noorelynna Hanim Abd Halim did not offer bail as the accused is currently serving a jail sentence. The court later fixed Dec 11 for mention pending appointment of a counsel.
