GREATER NOIDA: Police on Wednesday arrested one of the four criminals who had allegedly attacked Delhi pacer Parvinder Awana on July 21 in Greater Noida, mistaking him as member of a rival gang. The police questioned the workers at the ice factory and also investigated the footage of CCTV cameras around the area. Following this the accused along with the woman reached the spot to settle the score and indulged into quarrel. Awana meanwhile reached at the spot to buy ice and found the accused fighting. The accused Tilak said that he mistook Awana as member of rival group upon which he was chased and thrashed.
