Senior Bihar BJP leader Sushil Modi said, "Nityanand Raiji & I called Nitishji. After tendering his resignation, Nitish Kumar said, "I tried my best to save the alliance. "I spoke to Nitish Kumar last night, and he said that he is not going to join hands with the BJP. I have spoken to Bihar CM in this regard", said Rabri Devi, former Chief Minister and mother of Tejashwi. Meanwhile, BJP is likely to discuss extending its support to Nitish Kumar in its Parliamentary board meeting which will take place in New Delhi.
