JOHOR BARU: A kitchenware party organiser who wanted to cancel an order from an electrical shop but was rejected finally got justice. Er Peck Swan had paid RM3,540 for a gas stove and a cooker hood from an electronic and electrical goods shop on Sept 16,2019. Er, who organises kitchenware parties at homes, said the salesman refused to listen to her when she requested a refund of the RM3,540. “I went to the shop on Sept 20, and he said I will not get my money back. Tribunal president Abdul Rashid Daud ordered the respondent to return the sum to the claimant within 14 days.
