A female parking enforcement officer is telling a court she felt powerless and unable to move or speak when three Toronto police officers had sex with her against her wishes after a long night of partying. The woman, who recalls being intoxicated, says her memory of the night is spotty at times, but she says she recalls Nyznik forcing her to have oral sex in the hotel room, and another man having non-consensual sex with her. She says Kara, whom she was friends with, at one point told the other men to stop, but she testified he later had sex with her without her consent as well. The trial is taking place before a judge alone in downtown Toronto.
