Pandya Memorial Hospital is at the centre a dispute for allegedly encroaching on land belonging to Mbaraki Girls' Primary School in Mombasa. NLC chairman Muhammad Swazuri on Monday said part of the land was encroached by the hospital in the 1980s. He said the two acres belongs to the school. Swazuri said the hospital has built outpatients and doctors plaza wings through the Mamujee Brothers Foundation on the disputed plot. He also said a madrassa has been constructed within the school compound.
